2 sheets puff pastry
300g Chedder Cheese
2 cups milk
3 tablespoons semolina(flour)
1 egg
butter for greasing

Recipe
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Butter a rectangular or round baking pan and lay the ? ONE pastry. Grease the entire surface of the sheet.

Pour into a saucepan all the filling ingredients to a boil and shuffling periodically to avoid sticking.

Soon melt chedder. Remove from the heat and pour over the buttered pastry.

Cover the cream with the second sheet pastry and returns to the edges of the pastry inwards.

Grease the surface of the sheet. Put Kaseropita in the oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown.

Then Serve the Kaseropita warm.
