Welcome
A new long journey starts with flavors many stations in the kitchen,
the flavors and imagination of each of us.
What I can do is continue to cook with the same passion
and offer the best of what I "from my hands"
to those who love you, and fortunately many.
The new journey will be a golden 'opportunity' for new recipes "for fun and nutrition" in cooking and baking.

1/2 kilo of chicken legs or Drumsticks
Marinade
2 red roasted peppers
1 tablespoon honey
1 table spoon of barbecue powder
3-4 drops of chilli tapasko depending how hot
you like it.
Batter
2 cups of toasted bread crumbs
1 1/2 cup of sesame
2 table spoon of oregano
Recipe
Wash the drumsticks and a faire skin.
Put in a food processor all ingredients for

Dip drumsticks in the marinade.

Spread parchment paper on baking tray then place the
chicken drumsticks.
Bake at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
