Braised



A classic recipe!

Ingredients1 kg beef 
2 large onions 
1 to 2 cloves garlic 
3-4 ripe tomatoes 
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes 
1/4 tsp cinnamon 
2 to 3 cloves seeds 
salt and pepper

Cut the beef into chunks and put them to boil for one and a half hour (until soft). set aside.

Finely chop the onions and lightly brown them off .

add them to the onion along with the browned meat

Let it boil until the sauce thickens.
