1 clove garlic crushed
1 small can of pineapple
4 tsp. tablespoons of tomato paste
4 tsp. tablespoons soy sauce
1 tsp. tbsp cornflour
2 tsp. soup rice vinegar
1 tsp. tablespoons brown sugar
1 tsp. tablespoon sesame oil

Run
Cut the meat into small cubes. Peel and dice the onion and pepper into smaller squares, all the same size.

Heat oil for frying and fry the chicken pieces.
Heat the sesame oil and sauté the onion, pepper and garlic.
The word ' saute' is from the french meaning ' jump".
Leave them on high heat for several minutes and mix to get color from all sides.Open the canned pineapple, cut 3 slices into smaller pieces and measure half a cup of the syrup can.
Pour into the pot with the sauteed vegetables and add the fried meat, soy sauce, tomato paste, sugar and Rice vineger, and let cook over medium heat for 25-30 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking the food and add a little boiling water if the sauce has reduced to much.
Mix the cornflour with 2 tablespoons water and add to the food.
Stir for a few minutes over medium heat and serve
