Easy Frech Toast for People on the go

" FRECH TOAST"

This is one of the first receipes that got me into cooking.
After watching the movie " CRAMER VS CRAMER "
I thought frech toast looks easy so I will give it ago.



All you need is the following:

1xPan
2xEggs
2xslices of bread

1) put the pan on a medium heat
2) crack the eggs into a bowl with milk
    and add a few drops of milk .
3) Melt about 50g of butter in the pan
4) Dip you slice of bread into the bowl
     of eggs and milk, then place into the
     hot pan.
5) cook on one side until they get abit brown
    around 1 minute, then turn over.
6)  optional you can add cinnamon, sugar and chopped
      fruit.
