" ELIOTI"- OVEN BAKED OILVE BREAD


     

    4 cups of flour 
    1 1/2 cup olive oil
    3 tsps of baking powder
    1 cup of evaporated milk
    1 1/2 cup of olives without their 
    stones and finely chopped 
    1/2 cup of chopped onions 
    1 tsp of mint powder

   Mix flour with baking powder and mint. heat oil in a frying pan
   and put the onions and the olives in it., until they are light brown.
   let cool and empty the frying pan content into the flour. Knead well.
   
   Add milk and knead again, cover with a thick towel and leave it for about  1 hour.
   Butter the bread pan and place the dough in it. Bake in the oven for about 350 f for 
   about an hour. serve it hot or cold.
